Hi There welcome to my blog

Hello my name is James Medina I am an avid activist supporting the Legalization Marijuana you may or not know this but a Marijuana Law is going to be on the ballot this November  Proposition 19.

Proposition 19, if approved by voters, will legalize various marijuana-related activities, allow local governments to regulate these activities, permit local governments (but not the state government) to impose and collect marijuana-related fees and taxes, and authorize various criminal and civil penalties.

Here's the Law in plain English.

Allows people 21 years old or older to possess, cultivate, or transport marijuana for personal use. Permits local governments to regulate and tax commercial production and sale of marijuana to people 21 years old or older. Prohibits people from possessing marijuana on school grounds, using it in public, smoking it while minors are present, or providing it to anyone under 21 years old. Maintains current prohibitions against driving while impaired.

I implore all CA residents to vote yes on this law not only will it reduce the number of people in Jail it will also allow a lot more people to be able to use Marijuana medicinally without a subscription.

  3. I absolutely agree with this topic, if this was even up for consideration in the political climate of Iceland i'd be doing the very same thing.

I don't smoke myself but having the government choose what you can or can not do with your own body, especially with such a harmless drug such as marijuana is just plain nuts. You have my vote :)
